Turning data into
decisions
I'm passionate about two things: high-tech innovation and people. I started in software development in 2016 by founding my own consulting company, AIVS, building ML systems for real estate and user profiling.
At Thales Group, I led scientific roadmaps for AI R&D projects in computer vision and sensor fusion, designing deep learning algorithms for multi-camera fusion, AR perception, and automated medical diagnosis. I also served on the Ethics & AI committee.
Now at Intact Insurance, I established the company's first automatic coaching initiative and pioneered new fraud detection methods using state-of-the-art AI. I lead the full lifecycle from experimentation to production, mentor junior data scientists, and drive stakeholder alignment up to VP/DSVP level.
